Lifetime Warranty

Everleigh Hughes offers a lifetime warranty on all of its digging tools in the United States. This includes hand tools, stainless steel digging tools, and carbon steel digging tools.

Lifetime Warranty. Everleigh Hughes warrants that this product will remain fit for its intended purpose under normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the product. Everleigh Hughes does not warrant that this product will remain fit for purpose under conditions of abuse or commercial use. Everleigh Hughes may, at its sole discretion, require proof of purchase (original sales receipt) for all warranty claims. In no event shall Everleigh Hughes' liability exceed the purchase price or replacement price of the product.

We offer the following limited lifetime warranty on our watering tools, cutting tools, and pond cleaning tools:

Limited Lifetime Warranty. Everleigh Hughes warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the product. All warranty claims may be warranted at Everleigh Hughes' discretion with or without proof of purchase (original sales receipt). In no event shall Everleigh Hughes' liability exceed the purchase price or replacement price of the product.

Non-U.S. Warranty. Everleigh Hughes cannot directly provide a warranty for its products outside the United States. If you purchased an Everleigh Hughes product outside the United States and believe it is defective, please contact the retailer from which you purchased the product for warranty claims and related policies.

If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact Everleigh Hughes Customer Support. Be sure to include all relevant information, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model, color, finish, date the product was purchased, and from whom. Everleigh Hughes and/or the seller provide this warranty in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Everleigh Hughes and/or the seller shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives consumers specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

This is Everleigh Hughes' exclusive written warranty.

After extensive testing, we have learned that product failures are extremely rare under normal use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

You have two options for replacing a tool that fails under warranty:

You can take the damaged tool to the store where you purchased it and they will replace it for you in accordance with our agreement. Please call ahead to confirm that they have it in stock.

Or, we can replace the tool directly for you at no charge, but you will be responsible for actual shipping costs.

We kindly ask that you send a digital photo of the damaged tool to our Quality Control Department. The photo must clearly show where the tool is damaged and clearly show the tool so that we can clearly identify which tool it is.

Please email the picture to: Customer Support, along with any additional comments that may help us understand the cause of the failure.
